Screw Machine
CR-HX333311RR eight-axis automatic soldering machine
Feature:
1: The equipment features a lead screw drive design, ensuring a long service life and sustained precision even when handling heavier products.
2: The equipment is fitted with a protective housing and optical encoders, ensuring a high level of safety.
3: The equipment features a rotating shaft design, enabling 360-degree rotational soldering.
4: The equipment features a dual-station, dual-head design, offering high efficiency—1.8 times that of a single-head model.
5: The machine utilises high-frequency eddy current heating technology, ensuring rapid heating and short soldering times.
6: The soldering mechanism features an angle-adjustable, cushioned design, allowing the angle to be adjusted to prevent damage to the circuit board.
7: The solder feed mechanism is a high-precision design, enabling precise solder delivery.
Equipment advantage:
1: Flexible and versatile soldering methods, enabling soldering at various angles and supporting both spot soldering and drag soldering. All process parameters can be configured by the user to accommodate a wide range of challenging tasks and precision soldering processes.
2: Simple programming allows for direct input of soldering point coordinates or teaching of coordinate positions; by simply operating the teaching pendant, the robotic end-effector can be guided to the soldering point.
3: German Wilo heating elements ensure rapid heating and cooling; it takes just 25 seconds to reach the set temperature of 500°C from room temperature, with a temperature deviation of ±2°C. Temperature compensation is rapid, uniform and stable; the system heats up quickly, compensates for temperature changes promptly and offers high thermal conductivity efficiency.
4: The German Wilo temperature control system ensures that the set temperature of the soldering tip remains stable. There is no need to wait for the tip to reheat due to heat being absorbed by components or the PCB, thereby preventing poor soldering quality during automated operations.
5: Multi-axis robotic arm, driven entirely by Japanese Shinano motors and utilising advanced motion control algorithms, effectively enhances the positioning accuracy and repeatability of the end effector (soldering tip). With an accuracy of ±0.02 mm, it ensures the precision of soldering positions throughout the production process.
6: Imported components, reliable and durable: Shinano Motors (Japan), Iratay synchronous belts (Italy), HIWIN guide rails (Taiwan), Mean Well power supplies (Taiwan), Omron photoelectric switches (Japan), Hongbo switches, and Omron relays (Japan).
7: With over hundreds of soldering tip configurations available, we can design a wide variety of soldering tips tailored to customers’ product requirements. High-strength alloy soldering tips offer a long service life, excellent heat conduction, prevent solder splatter, and feature multi-layer plating to resist high-temperature oxidation.
