Feature:
1: Flexible and versatile soldering methods, capable of soldering at various angles, supporting both spot soldering and drag soldering. All process parameters can be customised by the user to accommodate a wide range of challenging tasks and precision soldering applications.
2: Simple programming allows for direct input of soldering point coordinates or teaching of coordinate positions. By simply operating the teaching pendant, the robotic arm can be guided to the soldering point.
3: German Wilo heating element, featuring rapid heating and cooling; it takes just 25 seconds to reach the set temperature of 500°C from room temperature, with a temperature deviation of ±2°C. Rapid temperature compensation ensures uniform and stable performance; fast heating, swift temperature compensation and high thermal conductivity.
4: The German Wilo temperature control system ensures the soldering tip maintains a stable set temperature. There is no need to wait for the tip to reheat due to heat being absorbed by components or PCBs, thereby preventing poor soldering quality during automated operations.
5: Multi-axis robotic arm, driven entirely by Shinano Motors from Japan and utilising advanced motion control algorithms, effectively enhancing the positioning accuracy and repeatability of the end-effector (soldering tip). With an accuracy of ±0.02 mm, it ensures the precision of soldering positions throughout the production process.
6: Imported components, reliable and durable: Shinano Motors (Japan), Iratec synchronous belts (Italy), HIWIN linear guides (Taiwan), Mean Well power supplies (Taiwan), Omron photoelectric switches (Japan), Hongbo switches, and Omron relays (Japan).
7: With over hundreds of soldering tip configurations available, we can design a wide variety of tips to meet specific customer requirements. High-strength alloy soldering tips offer a long service life, excellent heat conduction, prevent solder splatter, and feature multi-layer plating to resist high-temperature oxidation.
